I’m an Operations Reporting Analyst with 7+ years of professional experience specializing in Power BI, SQL, Excel, operational reporting, and business analytics. I design, develop, and continuously enhance dashboards and reporting solutions that turn complex operational data into actionable insights.
In my current role as a Power BI Reporting Analyst Specialist (Operations), I lead reporting and analytics for five international client accounts (Panasonic, Lands' End, Nickel, Excel (Advanced) Zoom, and BestSecret). I build and maintain 30+ Power BI dashboards, translating reporting requests and business tickets into dashboard enhancements, KPI updates, and analytical deliverables.
I’m also focused on automation and reliability—using SQL with Power Query, DAX, and Power Automate to extract, validate, transform, and analyze data across enterprise systems. I analyze operational KPIs like SLA, AHT, productivity, and performance trends, and I partner with Operations, Workforce Management, Quality, Administration, and senior management to support better operational decision-making.
