What I'm looking for

I'm seeking remote opportunities in IT Support or Junior System Administration.

At Sarmaye & Danesh Brokerage, I administer Windows Server, Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, DHCP, and Exchange. I also manage VMware, FortiGate Firewall, and VPN connectivity.

I support Cisco VoIP infrastructure and perform backup operations, while monitoring data center servers, network infrastructure, and internet connectivity.

Previously, I administered IT systems and supported users at kavoshteam and DIO Corporation. At REEFIRAN, I supported end users, set up workstations, and troubleshot hardware and software.
