At SAIPA, I manage and upgrade virtual data center infrastructure, including VMware and VDI environments. I also coordinate the technical team deploying and maintaining core IT infrastructure across VMware, VDI, VOIP, and Microsoft/Linux-based services.
At the Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade (MIMT), I designed and deployed VOIP infrastructure for the 124 Complaint System across provincial branches, implemented call routing, and deployed CRM software for complaint tracking. My work also includes developing CRM applications and RESTful integrations, tuning SQL Server queries, and maintaining HPE storage and Brocade SAN systems.
