I’m a Process Delivery Specialist focused on accurate, timely invoice processing and accounting support. Across my roles, I’ve handled PO and NPO invoices and credit notes while aligning work with US GAAP and established check points.

At IBM India Pvt Ltd, I processed POs and NPOs by completing 2-way and 3-way matching, coding freight NPO invoices with the required reference keys, and validating invoices in ICC. I also managed bank reconciliation to keep financial records accurate, handled non-PO authorization through rate card validation, and cleared volumes as per vendor statement of account (SOA).

Before that, I worked at Genpact India Pvt Ltd as a Process Developer (SAP FICO), where I processed invoices daily across multiple markets and supported validation and processing activities end-to-end. I also strengthened core accounting fundamentals earlier as an Accounts Executive (SAP FICO) at Sanzyme Pvt Ltd (earlier known as Unit-Sankyo Ltd) and as a Jr. Accountant (FOCUS) at DEC Infrastructure & Projects (India) Pvt Ltd, including bank/cash vouchers, petty cash, journal entries, stock valuation reports, and recurring payment processes.

I’m disciplined about resolving QM/IR emails and customer dispute emails within timelines, and I’ve contributed operationally beyond processing—such as owning SPOC responsibilities for internal fun activities and creating PPT presentations. My MBA in Finance reinforces how I connect day-to-day processing details with overall compliance and business growth.
