I also perform multi-layered Goods Receipt / Invoice Receipt (GR/IR) and ledger account reconciliations to prevent financial statement misstatements, while resolving billing inquiries, transaction blocks, and payment disputes.
I’m deeply proficient in US GAAP principles and vendor compliance setup, including W-9 verification and 1099 compliance/reporting parameters, plus backup tax withholding controls. I track process exceptions using Advanced Excel and ERP solutions (SAP, Tally ERP), prepare month-end reporting, and train onboarding team members on workflow systems, internal control rules, and knowledge retention.
