I'm currently supporting recruitment operations at Ateneo de Manila University, maintaining accurate datasets and trackers across vacancies, candidate pipelines, interviews, offers, pre-employment requirements, and onboarding.

I prepare recruitment reports, candidate endorsements, and management summaries while tracking deadlines, approvals, document completion, and next steps across multiple hiring units.

Previously at eTap Inc., I managed end-to-end recruitment for Accounting, Finance, Administration, Supply Chain, and Human Capital roles. I conducted 10–12 candidate interviews daily and supported an average Time-to-Fill of 30 days or less.

I use Google Sheets and Excel to clean, validate, and analyze operational data. My reporting work has covered 4,216 applicant and sourcing records and 325 hires, including funnel conversion, offer acceptance, turnaround times, vacancy aging, and bottleneck trends.
