At BARBIKAN TECHNOLOGIES PVT. LTD., I facilitated Scrum delivery for a student information and ERP platform with a parent-facing portal. I partnered with the Product Owner on backlog priorities and sprint goals, and tracked progress using Jira, burndown charts, and velocity.
On the Stockist Software project, I coordinated Scrum ceremonies, backlog priorities, and delivery activities for inventory and retailer distribution capabilities. I’ve also supported an Agile transformation for inventory, job-card, billing, and reorder functionality, alongside earlier HRBP and operations work.
