What I'm looking for

I’m looking to support data center and critical facilities operations—blending MEP/critical power expertise with AI-augmented FM and pre-sales solution engineering, turning field workflows into reliable, auditable, automated processes across the GCC.

I’m a Mechanical and MEP engineer with 10+ years of UAE-based experience in critical infrastructure operations, including four years managing HVAC, chilled water systems, electrical distribution, and mechanical plant at Dubai South. I’m EPI-CDCP certified and focused on audit-ready operations across data center–analog monitoring and commissioning workflows.

In my facilities role at Duserve Facilities Management, I managed HVAC PPM across a 250+ unit district, monitored BMS/SCADA for alarm response and fault diagnosis, and supported diesel generator load testing and ATS functional switchover testing. I also developed and enforced PTW/LOTO SOPs for critical interventions and coordinated MEP partners to maintain SLA compliance and technical accuracy.

Alongside operations, I’m building agentic AI for FM automation—currently deploying an end-to-end gauge-reading agent that extracts readings via Google Cloud Vision API and auto-posts to IBM Maximo via REST API. I’m now targeting data center operations and pre-sales solutions engineering, where AI-augmented FM can improve speed, reliability, and documentation quality.
