I'm looking to lead facilities, community, property, or multi-site operations where I can improve operational readiness, asset performance, compliance, customer experience, and cost efficiency across premium real estate portfolios.

I've led facilities, handover, and operational-readiness work for AHS Properties' premium developments, coordinating consultants, contractors, service providers, and stakeholders through transition and occupancy.

At Sonder by Marriott Bonvoy, I managed facilities and workplace operations across a 900+ unit, multi-site high-rise portfolio and owned a USD 10M annual maintenance and utilities budget. I delivered a 20% reduction in energy consumption and a 15% reduction in repair and maintenance costs while leading pre-opening and defect-liability coordination for 702 units.

At Three60 Communities, I managed Owner Association communities, budgets exceeding USD 3M, service-charge strategy, regulatory coordination, and handovers across portfolios totaling 1,002 units.
