What I'm looking for

I'm seeking an Operations, Engineering or Facilities Management leadership role with an IFM/TFM provider, 5-star hospitality business, healthcare organization, real estate developer or government entity in the UAE or GCC.

At Power Group Facilities Management, I managed an 18-site IFM portfolio across education, government, retail, hospitality and residential properties. I delivered USD 2M net profit, achieved zero SLA/KPI penalties, and renewed every key account.

I rolled out CAFM across all 18 sites, cutting manual workload by 30% and eliminating reporting errors. I also maintained 100% HSE compliance and held full P&L accountability, including budgeting, forecasting and contract management.

At Orion Venture Facilities Management, I worked with the LEED team to achieve LEED BD+C Gold certification for Fakeeh University Hospital. I developed the hospital maintenance strategy to DHA facility guidelines, JCI and NFPA 99, and led Hard and Soft FM across the live campus.

Earlier, I supported pre-openings and engineering operations at Madinat Jumeirah Resort and The Oberoi Group, and managed facilities for a VVIP estate with Abu Dhabi National Hotels.
