I’m looking for a facilities leadership role where I can optimize CMMS and maintenance workflows, coordinate vendors and teams, and drive reliable MEP/HVAC performance with transparent reporting and measurable results.

I’m a detail-oriented facilities management professional with extensive experience overseeing maintenance operations, vendor coordination, and tower-wide service delivery. My focus is on improving system performance and producing measurable results through strong collaboration and disciplined execution.

As a Facilities Coordinator at Al Thuriah Group LLC, I managed 10+ towers (20–35 floors) across Al Nahda and Al Khan, supporting a staff capacity of 100+. I oversaw maintenance, security, and third-party services while optimizing a Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) integrated with Microsoft Dynamics 365.

I monitored real-time maintenance data to ensure transparency for management and clients, and used CMMS to facilitate client approvals for reactive, corrective, and preplanned maintenance.
