Prepared process design basis and construction/demolition P&IDs for offshore wellhead platform modifications, including isolation and venting philosophy documents. Conducted HAZOP documentation and performed hydraulic/line sizing for gas lift, production, and water injection systems.

Led a team of 4 engineers and performed pressure relief and flare-related engineering for onshore/offshore production and refinery units. Conducted relief valve sizing, PRV stability and API relief/relief load calculations, and supported safety studies including HAZOP.

Performed process simulations and generated mass balance documents for multiple client refinery and chemical projects. Produced PFD/P&IDs, equipment adequacy checks, line sizing (gas/liquid/two-phase), PSV/pump/valve hydraulics and sizing, and developed operational documents like isolation and operating control philosophies.

Prepared basic engineering packages for debottlenecking and turnaround scope, including mass and energy balances. Developed pump hydraulic calculation reports and created/update engineering documentation such as line lists and cause & effect diagrams.

Performed relief valve and PSV-related sizing and hydraulic checks, including adequacy of relief requirements for protected systems. Updated isometric drawings and system sketches and supported relief sizing/hydraulic work for multiple energy clients and sites.

Served as a shift engineer for sulphuric acid and NPK fertilizer units, ensuring safe and efficient plant operations. Monitored effluent treatment performance and supported troubleshooting, process optimization, and operator training manual updates.

Bachelor of Technology in Chemical Engineering from Gayatri Vidya Parishad College of Engineering, Visakhapatnam (JNTU), completed between 2005 and 2009.
