At DESERT MOTOR AUTOMOTIVE W.L.L, I design mechanical components, assemblies and systems, taking requirements and concepts through to production-ready solutions. I prepare 3D models and manufacturing documentation, and support prototyping, testing and production.
I work with manufacturing and engineering teams to address design issues and implement improvements based on engineering feedback. My work also includes applying GD&T, DFM and DFA, and maintaining BOMs and engineering change documents.
At BHARAT PETROLEUM CORPORATION LIMITED, I designed and optimized piping systems for refinery and petrochemical facilities. By optimizing piping layouts and material selection, I achieved approximately 15% material cost reduction.
