Drive the culture of Risk Based Process Safety focus in the unit, supporting the plant manager and principal engineer in ensuring implementation of risk based process safety program. Plan and lead risk studies including HAZOPs, LOPA, SIL Identification, and FMEA, and ensure smooth operation compliant with SOPs.

Provided leadership, vision, and strategy to drive consistency in implementing and managing Process Safety Management across the Pakistan Region, including four businesses with eight production units. Developed systematic approaches to managing Major Hazard Facilities aligned with international standards.

Provided effective leadership to the operations shift team and coordinated with mechanical, E&I, process, and administration functions.
