I design and evolve automation test frameworks using Selenium with Java, integrating them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous quality validation. I’m especially focused on AI-assisted testing to generate intelligent test cases, analyze failures, and optimize automation for faster, more reliable releases.

At Amazon, I expanded automation framework coverage for customer recognition workflows and complex payment scenarios. I restored automation scripts to a 100% pass rate, integrated continuous testing pipelines across payment systems and retail platforms, and maintained zero critical production incidents through proactive on-call support and rapid issue resolution.

I also use GenAI tools to accelerate QA workflows, improve test coverage, and reduce manual effort across complex systems. I built custom automation utilities and established CI/CD pipeline integrations that enabled continuous validation and faster feedback cycles, while leveraging AI tools for test case generation and debugging automation failures.

Previously at CA Technologies, I worked on Mobile SDK testing and automation—creating frameworks and automating app features using Selenium, Appium, Java, TestNG, and Jenkins. Earlier roles (CA Technologies/Cisco/Innominds) strengthened my end-to-end quality ownership: designing sanity and regression automation suites, identifying candidate cases for automation, and executing automation for data upload modules (including HBase queries and Solr index verification).
