I build and validate PLC-based safety and conveyor controls at Tesla, testing E-Stops, safety doors, interlocks, safety I/O, and restart behavior across battery-manufacturing conveyor lines.
Previously, I engineered data center controls at Araynatech and Meta Data Center, programming Siemens and Rockwell PLCs, deploying HMI/SCADA monitoring, integrating EtherNet/IP, PROFINET, Modbus TCP, and CAN networks, and commissioning thermal, power, environmental, and automated equipment systems. I use PLC event logs, SCADA diagnostics, and field testing to identify root causes, improve control sequences, and strengthen uptime and reliability.
I also bring hands-on experience with WinCC, FactoryTalk View, Python, C++, technical documentation, I/O validation, and functional safety testing.
