At Dell/EMC, I perform break-fix work on servers, handle installations and decommissioning, and use CLI on Isilon Data Domain and other customer servers.
I work with Dell/EMC systems including VxRack, VxRail, Isilon, and PowerMax, replacing hard drives and DIMMs and reimaging nodes according to technical manuals.
At G2 Secure Staff, I performed compliance inspections to check that services met customer regulations, including those of Southwest, United, and Delta airlines.
Earlier, at Howell Instruments, INC., I supervised quality inspection work, trained electronics testers and shipping and receiving personnel, and maintained internal work center audits. In the U.S. Navy, I led, trained, and supervised aviation electronics technicians and exceeded maintenance requirements.
