I’m a customer service professional with 5+ years of experience managing customer relationships and ensuring customer satisfaction as a Control Tower Executive. I spearheaded the development and implementation of an MIS strategy to improve decision-making, operational efficiency, and the overall customer experience.

I work with large, complex data sets to support strategy recommendations, using advanced Excel for data mining, analysis, and reporting (VLOOKUP, HLOOKUP, INDEX and MATCH, pivot tables, and conditional formatting). I also own end-to-end data needs—requirements, processing, cleaning, and exploratory/prescriptive analysis—while monitoring service performance, consolidating daily delivery and complaint reports, and coordinating with regional teams to keep operations smooth. Earlier in my career, I handled trading/export documentation including correspondence with overseas agents, accurate shipping document preparation (invoice, P/L, COO, L/C), cash collection monitoring, shipment planning, and vendor coordination to meet host-country customs requirements.
