I’m a customer support, distribution, and MIS professional with 18+ years of experience across Pharmaceuticals, BPO, and IT. I handle bulk email processing, maintain sales data, support logistics/distribution activities, and produce clear MIS reports while keeping customer satisfaction at the center of my work.

I’m strong in Excel-based reporting and analysis—using VLOOKUP, COUNTIF, SUMIF, AVERAGE, SUMPRODUCT, CONCATENATE, MAX/MIN, TRIM, data validation, filters, charts, and pivot tables—to convert raw data into useful insights for management.
