I'm looking to contribute my business analysis, consulting, and implementation experience to digital transformation initiatives across diverse industries.

At Vxceed Software Solutions, I lead business analysis and implementation work for Coca-Cola clients, translating operational needs into practical Distributor Management System solutions.

For Coca-Cola Europacific Partners in Indonesia, I onboarded 390+ distributors, delivered 40+ change requests on time, and resolved 50+ functional defects and production issues. I also supported UAT, go-live, hypercare, process mapping, release planning, and SQL-based business reporting.

As DMS SME and Project Lead for Laos Coca-Cola Beverages, I facilitated onsite workshops, performed fit-gap analysis, supported localisation, and achieved 100% UAT sign-off with zero critical defects before go-live. I also contribute product documentation, AWS cost-utilisation analysis, and knowledge transfer for Development and QA teams.
