At Joveo, I own end-to-end QA for TAO CMS and CRM products, validating career sites, job applications, ATS integrations, recruiter workflows, APIs, and AI-powered features before release.
I've built automated coverage with BotGauge, Selenium, Java, Playwright, TypeScript, Claude, and Claude Code, while supporting client go-lives and working from PRD and BRD reviews through UAT. My testing spans Workday, Greenhouse, SmartRecruiters, Avionté, Cornerstone OnDemand, Dayforce, Skillate, and Salesforce integrations.
Across Joveo, LeadSquared, Indegene, and Qualitrix, I've tested HR-tech, healthcare, EdTech, CRM, web, desktop, and mobile products, with a focus on making the real end-user journey work end to end.
