At Dun & Bradstreet, I test application releases and GenAI-powered chatbot responses from Claude, ChatGPT, and Gemini for accuracy, relevance, and reliability.

I execute functional, regression, sanity, rollback, and roll-forward testing in Agile/Scrum environments. I validate backend services with Postman, investigate exceptions through Splunk logs, and query PostgreSQL to verify data and support defect root-cause analysis.

I manage test cases and defects in JIRA and Zephyr, maintaining requirement-to-test traceability throughout the QA lifecycle. I also use GCP for application testing and deployment validation.

With 3+ years in QA and an ISTQB Foundation certification, I’m transitioning toward automation-focused SDET work while continuing to deliver reliable, well-documented testing.
