What I'm looking for

I’m looking for an HR Manager role where I can own HR operations and compliance, strengthen SOPs and employee relations, and use People Analytics to improve turnover, hiring, and workforce planning—ideally with EU alignment.

I’m an HR Manager with 8+ years of progressive experience across HR administration, payroll & statutory compliance, and people management. I’ve led end-to-end HR operations for a 250-employee live-streaming/tech organization, owning Company Regulations and HR SOP design while ensuring employment-law compliance and payroll accuracy.

I’m data-oriented and built practical people systems from scratch—creating KPI management and manpower-planning frameworks across six divisions. I reduced staff turnover from 10% to 5% and improved recruitment efficiency, coordinating recruiting output (including 6 core-role hires per month) with business targets.
