What I'm looking for

I'm looking to apply business analysis, product analysis, and technical delivery skills to translate stakeholder needs into validated requirements, clear documentation, and improved cloud or enterprise solutions.

I've supported cloud infrastructure, enterprise applications, and IT operations at Congruex Asia-Pacific, Quadlabs Technology, and Reliance PPM Services. I translate business, user, and operational requirements into technical tasks, user stories, BRDs, FRDs, and implementation plans.

At Congruex Asia-Pacific, I support 10+ concurrent stakeholder requests across cloud infrastructure and application initiatives, coordinating requirements analysis, solution planning, testing, deployment, and post-deployment activities.

I've contributed to the Jio Cloud XP Portal and Jio Self Care Portal through requirements gathering, functional analysis, stakeholder alignment, user stories, acceptance criteria, sprint planning, UAT, and requirement validation.

I use SQL, Power BI, Tableau, Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Azure, and IT operations knowledge to improve documentation, reduce recurring issues, and communicate clearly with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
