I’m a seasoned executive with 10+ years building, acquiring, and operating real estate across the nation. I founded and scaled Aqua Diamond Capital and RMR Homes into a national real estate investment platform, reaching 2,200+ units and peak portfolio value of about $60M.

I bring full-cycle investment execution—from sourcing and underwriting through structuring, acquisitions, development/redevelopment, and dispositions. I delivered a 29% annualized IRR on the core portfolio and a 2.5x average equity multiple across holdings.

On the operating side, I lead multi-site turnarounds and margin expansion with investor discipline and operator intensity. I increased average occupancies from 60% to 95%, optimized operating expenses through vendor negotiations and preventative maintenance, and grew NOI through repositioning and revenue enhancement strategies.

I also specialize in capital strategy and stakeholder leadership: managing lender relationships, structuring complex capital stacks (senior debt, mezzanine, preferred equity), and owning investor relations and board-level reporting.
