What I'm looking for

I am looking out for a full-time opportunity in Technology as Individual contributor (preferable) or engineering leader.

I am Rajiv, an engineer with 8.3 years of experience. My major experience is in Python and JS. I can also pick up other technology and learn on the go which is demonstrated by my hackathons wins and start-up projects.

I shipped a couple of revenue-generating products at my start-up by the age of 20. I also worked on a product that manages businesses of about 20M - 120M daily active subscribers.

In my recent stint, I made financial products accessible to the blue-collar segment of India, 1200 users were on board in the soft- launch. We created an entire lending framework, to generate potential leads for NBFC. I led a team of 8 engineers with YOE ranging from 15 years to freshers. Tech stack included Kotlin, Java, Python, Typescript, and AWS.

Due to the financial crunch and value misalignment, I am leaving my start-up and I am looking out for a full-time opportunity in Technology (preferable) or product vertical.
