What I'm looking for

I'm looking for a challenging manufacturing environment where I can apply production planning, CNC operations, process improvement, safety, and team-handling skills while building confidence, creativity, and leadership qualities.

I'm currently a Production Officer at Tata Sikorsky Aerospace, where I support production planning, supplier coordination, inventory accuracy, operator training, and line-quality-loss reduction.

Previously at Dana Anand India, I operated and set CNC equipment including VMC, HMC, turning centers, Mazak Integrex, FANUC, and SINUMERIC-controlled machines. I also handled troubleshooting, preventive maintenance, tool offsets, alignment settings, and manpower planning.

I've delivered measurable improvement projects, reducing internal rework PPM from 15,000 to 1,300 and rejection PPM from 10,000 to 1,200. My work also improved safety scores from 70 to 90, 5S scores from 65 to 80, and efficiency from 80 to 85.
