What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a full-time data analytics role where I can lead reporting and business intelligence, build Power BI dashboards, automate ETL/reporting, and partner with stakeholders to drive KPI-based decisions and continuous process optimization.

I’m a data analytics & reporting professional with 10 years of experience in business intelligence, delivering decision-ready insights through SQL, Python, Advanced Excel, and Power BI. In my most recent role as Lead Analyst at HCL Technologies (Xerox), I led reporting & analytics for global operations and owned data cleaning, preprocessing, transformation/standardization, and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) to keep reporting consistent and reliable.

I built Power BI dashboards and automated reports to improve reporting efficiency, while partnering with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into actionable recommendations. I’ve also created automated reporting at Capgemini and driven customer behavior analysis and churn risk support at Bharti Airtel, and I began my journey automating HR processes at Ernst & Young using VBA, macros, and Excel. After a career break for family reasons and focused upskilling, I’m now fully prepared to return to a full-time role where I can optimize processes, track KPIs, and keep analytics systems running smoothly—end to end.
