I'm looking to continue building business-focused analytics solutions while growing deeper in cloud analytics, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise data platforms.

I've delivered SQL-based reporting, ETL processes, and executive dashboards across BFSI, Telecom, Healthcare, and BPO for more than 13 years.

At Teleperformance, I developed and maintained SQL Server ETL and reporting solutions for Finance and Operations, supporting Paid Production Hours, productivity, SLA/TAT performance, operational KPIs, and financial metrics. I also supported cloud-based workflows using Azure Data Factory, Azure Databricks, PySpark, and Azure Data Lake Storage.

At Genpact, I designed 10–15 interactive Power BI and Excel dashboards for workforce analytics, quality monitoring, forecasting, and executive reporting. I managed the full dashboard lifecycle, from requirements and star-schema data modeling through DAX, deployment, refresh scheduling, and user support.

I've also automated reporting with Advanced Excel, VBA, Power Query, Microsoft Access, and SQL, helping teams improve reporting accuracy, visibility, and efficiency. I'm continuing to strengthen my cloud analytics, Microsoft Fabric, and enterprise data platform capabilities.
