What I'm looking for

I’m seeking a role in a professional, technology-driven organization that encourages innovative thinking and career development. I’d like to contribute my skills and education while gaining strong experience in technology and business strategy.

At Prudential Malaysia, I work on Life/400 product development and enhancements, including AnugerahMax, PruBSN Asas360, and billing and collection changes. I also present solution designs to users and stakeholders.

At Singlife, I developed Life/400 business objects that mapped cloud integration API data into the system and contributed to customer service digitalization, including e-service automation and billing changes.

At Prudential, I worked on policy migrations to Life Asia, including a project that migrated 1.3 million policies from source systems and 56,000 policies from spreadsheet data. My work included data mapping, migration programs, functional gap analysis, and resolving migration issues.

Across insurance and banking projects, I’ve developed and maintained applications using COBOL, RPGLE, CL, and SQL on AS/400. My experience also includes requirements analysis, testing, production support, and SDLC and Agile (Scrum) project work.
