What I'm looking for

I’m looking to join teams where I can own a motion system and UI animation strategy—reducing friction, cutting support costs, and helping fundraising succeed through clearer product storytelling.

I’ve spent 5 years simplifying complex business metrics through product motion for YC-backed startups across multiple funding stages—from seed to scaling. I operate like an owner, not just a designer, turning product friction into intuitive UI motion that teams can execute and scale.

My focus is design-led impact: I build motion strategies that improve fundraising comprehension, reduce support costs, and increase development efficiency. I’m especially strong at Motion System Architecture—creating standardized libraries so engineering spends less time coding UI animations and maintaining technical debt.

Most recently, I’m spearheading comprehensive motion strategy across a core product website and investor pipeline—using “brain animations” to clarify product vision and maintain psychological focus. Alongside that, I’ve led GTM data-driven research to refine visual education strategy and helped architect lightweight Lottie interactions for end-to-end product journeys.

Earlier roles reinforced my end-to-end ownership: I’ve built creative functions from scratch, delivered explainer videos and onboarding walkthroughs, and improved KPIs like onboarding churn reduction and engagement uplift through motion-first UX changes. I bring a practical, cross-functional mindset—collaborating with founders, managing the creative pipeline, and shipping with agile workflow optimization.
