I lead product design at Biztech Consulting & Solutions, guiding a five-member team across roughly 10 client projects each month while remaining hands-on with high-priority UX work.

I've designed enterprise and customer-facing products for healthcare SaaS, field service and IoT, eCommerce, real estate, travel, and influencer marketing. My work spans discovery, user research, flows, information architecture, prototyping, usability validation, developer handoff, and design QA.

For opsCTRL, I redesigned field-technician mobile workflows and an operations dashboard around live alarm and asset data. For Dynamic Physical Therapy, I simplified complex billing, clinical, scheduling, intake, and payment workflows for multiple user roles.

I build reusable component libraries, tokens, and documentation that improve consistency across products, and I work closely with engineering and international stakeholders to balance user needs, business requirements, and implementation constraints.
