At the National Institute of Fashion Technology (NIFT), I work with the Industry & Alumni Affairs Department, coordinating the placement process with regional industry coordinators across 19 campuses. I also compile reports, analyze data, liaise with industry patrons, and conduct alumni meets.
As a Mahatma Gandhi National Fellow in Paschim Medinipur, I worked with the District Administration on skill development, entrepreneurship, and livelihood projects. I initiated training and workshops for women and community groups, supported implementation of government schemes, and contributed to monitoring, evaluation, and district skill planning.
