I’m a GenAI practitioner, data professional, and facilitator with 4+ years of experience applying AI, analytics, and automation to real business problems. I enjoy turning complex work into practical workflows—then teaching teams how to use them confidently and responsibly.

In my current Data Analyst role at CPA Canada, I designed and applied GenAI-assisted workflows using ChatGPT, Copilot, Python, and Excel to support data validation, reconciliation, root-cause analysis, and knowledge retrieval. I built internal AI assistants and reusable prompt frameworks for recurring business questions, policy lookup, issue triage, and reporting support—reducing manual effort while improving reporting accuracy. I also lead knowledge-sharing sessions on prompt design, responsible GenAI usage, and workflow automation for non-technical stakeholders.

Previously at Trizan Gross Innovation, I applied GenAI to analytics, reporting, and digital operations using prompt engineering to accelerate summarization, research, documentation, and decision-support workflows. I developed prompt libraries and assistant-style workflows to improve consistency and productivity, and I presented technical findings and AI capabilities to leadership, business stakeholders, and non-technical professionals in clear, practical language. I also combined SQL, Python, APIs, and Power BI with AI-assisted workflows to create insight pipelines and business-facing dashboards.

Earlier in my career, I built Python-based automation workflows for anomaly detection and operational reporting at Lucent Water Drop, and I supported analyst and business user adoption through training documentation and walkthroughs. I started with roles like Web Analyst at CMPA Canada, where I used GenAI to improve analysis, reporting narratives, and stakeholder communication. I hold a Master of Applied Computing from the University of Windsor, with coursework including Artificial Intelligence, Data Analysis, and Advanced Database Topics.
