At Manulife, I build SQL-based reporting pipelines and Power BI dashboards that bring policy, claims, underwriting, customer, and financial data into leadership decision-making. My work supports more than 50 operational KPIs across eight business functions and uses Python-driven predictive analytics across over 2 million insurance records.

I've led requirements workshops with 25+ cross-functional stakeholders, translating strategic initiatives into user stories, functional specifications, and Agile implementation roadmaps. I also established KPI standardization, validation, and reconciliation processes for 30 executive reports, while introducing Microsoft Copilot workflows that reduced recurring executive reporting preparation by about 10 hours monthly.

Previously, I delivered marketing analytics at Evo Labs and business analysis, UAT, process mapping, and MIS reporting for a Fortune 500 client engagement at Genpact. I enjoy turning complex operational data and stakeholder needs into practical dashboards, documented requirements, and measurable process improvements.
