I’m an IT professional with a strong foundation in cybersecurity and information assurance, and I’m currently pursuing an MSc in Information Technology at Universiti Teknologi PETRONAS (UTP). As a Graduate Teaching Assistant, Science with Honours (Information Security and Assurance), I focus on cybersecurity and secure systems while supporting undergraduate lab-based learning.

I deliver lab-based instruction that reinforces hands-on learning in areas like network defense, system hardening, and secure coding practices. I also assist with lesson planning, lab preparation, and grading, and I mentor students one-on-one and in groups to help them master complex technical topics.

In industry, I strengthened my operational and security mindset through server management and web hosting work at Shinjiru Technology Sdn Bhd. I configured AlmaLinux servers, managed cPanel environments, supported 24/7 IT ticketing, and improved reliability (99.9% uptime), while proactive monitoring helped reduce IT incident downtime by 30%.

I build toward my cybersecurity goal through practical projects, DevOps training, and real-world experience. I’ve worked with tools like Wireshark, Git, Jenkins, Ansible, Docker, Kubernetes, Terraform, and Unix/Linux, and I’ve delivered secure applications such as OTP-based education systems and scalable uptime checker projects—backed by leadership in CTFs and a hands-on approach to emerging security themes like immersive threat analysis.
