I develop data-driven fraud strategies using PySpark, including a cross-product cancellation scanner and an attribute-scoring model for indirect fraud linkages. My work closes approximately 50 accounts monthly at a 27% hit rate and helps prevent $6.7M annually; I also led GenAI-driven rule optimization that cut false declines by 36% while lifting fraud detection by 9%.

Previously at Axis Bank, I led deposit analytics, New-to-Bank onboarding, and personalization initiatives for millions of customers. I built automated PySpark campaigns, 60+ personalized nudges, Power BI dashboards, and an API-based Swiggy integration, contributing to customer engagement and balance growth.

I bring a foundation in biochemical engineering and biotechnology from IIT Delhi alongside hands-on experience in SQL, Python, Spark, data warehousing, fraud strategy, and product-focused analytics.
