What I'm looking for

And of course, I want to keep growing and taking on work that actually challenges me.

At Southwest Airlines, I built an enterprise RAG and knowledge-assistant platform that gives technical and operational teams grounded access to distributed enterprise knowledge. I also designed LangGraph workflows with tool calling, human approvals, and multi-agent orchestration to automate complex operational and engineering workflows.

At American Express, I developed fraud and anomaly-detection models and LLM fine-tuning workflows, then productionized models with MLflow, FastAPI, Docker, and monitoring. Earlier, I developed predictive healthcare models and forecasting workflows at Cigna Healthcare, and built fraud, personalization, and data-pipeline systems at Barclays and Lowe’s India.
