At Verizon, I built a production LangChain-based AI RunOps agent to monitor and troubleshoot enterprise data pipelines. It analyzed pipeline failures and generated root-cause analysis and remediation recommendations.
I developed RAG pipelines that searched more than 10,000 historical incident logs and operational documents using vector embeddings and semantic retrieval. I also integrated agent workflows with Azure Monitor, Jira, Microsoft Teams, and Databricks to support automated incident triage.
At Infosys, I implemented machine learning pipelines for telecom subscriber churn prediction for client Telstra Group Limited. I improved model ROC-AUC from 0.71 to 0.86 through feature selection and hyperparameter tuning, and automated retraining workflows that reduced model drift by 22%.
At EXTRA SPACE STORAGE, I develop and support data and AI solutions across customer and operational datasets, including ETL/ELT pipelines and machine learning and Generative AI workflows. My projects include an AI resume-matching platform and a healthcare symptom assistance chatbot using RAG.
