I tripled strategy and operations throughput and cut execution time by 60% by deploying Agentic AI workflow systems. I also installed an OKR and KPI engine that aligned teams to achieve all quarterly milestones.

At NASSCOM × INVEST INDIA, I deployed more than $2M in venture and government capital through a deep-diligence framework. I also coordinated delivery across government pilots and ministries.

I co-founded MINTIFY and took it from concept to more than 2,000 paid users with positive unit economics. Earlier, at FEDERAL BANK, I launched a digital lending engine that generated ₹8 Cr in Year-1 loan volume.
