I am an aspiring HR professional currently pursuing an MBA in Human Resource Development from the prestigious Delhi School of Economics. With hands-on experience in psychometric assessments, competency frameworks, and recruitment processes, I have developed a strong foundation in HR practices. My recent internship at Thomas Assessment allowed me to manage over 120 psychometric assessments for top-tier clients, where I successfully aligned assessments with role-specific competency frameworks to deliver high-fit candidates.

In addition to my technical skills, I excel in stakeholder management, communication, and project coordination. I have taken on leadership roles, such as being a member of the Media Outreach Cell at my university, where I acted as a liaison between external stakeholders and the MBA program. My academic achievements, including being a mathematics topper in school and my involvement in extracurricular activities, reflect my commitment to excellence and continuous learning.
