At Cloud4C, I architected AI Studio, an agentic platform with a curated agent library and self-service workflow authoring. Its Patching Agent uses planning and function calling across alert suppression, ITSM ticketing, and patch playbooks, with estimated annual savings of 40,000+ engineer-hours.
I built workflow composition using RAG over a playbook catalog, with new workflows saved for reuse only after human approval. I also designed governance controls including approval gates, restricted tool access, and rollback paths.
At 8bit.ai, I built a real-time voice AI agent for Pine Labs merchant support and its LLM evaluation stack. I also built a configurable production RAG system, and at ISRO I built a Single Packet Authorization system using encrypted biometric fingerprint payloads.
