At Aifa Labs, I developed a production-grade SAP SolMan CR/CO AI agent on AWS Bedrock AgentCore. It supports enterprise change-request workflows through human-in-the-loop interactions and SAP SolMan and Jira integrations.
I also built a state-based multi-agent SDLC orchestration proof of concept to automate application development and deployment from BRDs. My work at Aifa Labs included Neo4j graph database proofs of concept for knowledge modeling and intelligent retrieval.
At AISPRY, I led an AI/ML team delivering Generative AI, NLP, RAG, and time-series forecasting solutions. I developed a secure, on-premise RAG application for confidential data and a Gemini-powered database-querying chatbot.
Earlier, at CallHealthServices, I developed Rasa-based customer support solutions integrated with WhatsApp Business API, and a full-stack OPD Wallet Services application. I also built an AWS Textract solution to extract and validate medical consultation forms.
