I'm seeking senior backend/platform roles where I can improve performance and reliability, build developer tools, lead engineering best practices, and mentor teams—ideally in an open-source-friendly, impact-driven, remote-first company.

I am a senior backend engineer and open-source maintainer who builds reliable, high-performance systems and developer tools. I have led stability and backend teams, owned core product services, and architected authentication and migration solutions while working across startups and remote environments.

I led a stability group that reduced customer escalations from 50+ to about 20 weekly, parallelised job fetching to make it 5x faster, and led a migration of 1000+ customers with no downtime. I increased test coverage to 100%, cut false positives from 10,000 to zero, mentor contributors, maintain Vulture, and publish tooling and handbooks to improve code quality.
