I'm looking to continue improving governed, high-quality data and automated decisioning systems that support credit risk, lending, reporting, and analytics.

At HSBC, I improve the reliability of enterprise data used for credit risk, lending decisions, reporting, and analytics across personal loans, cards, credit limit management, and home loans.

As a Data SME in Data Control and Governance, I assess data quality controls and investigate discrepancies across trusted data sources. I work with source teams, data owners, technology teams, and end users to ensure data is accurate, complete, consistent, valid, and fit for purpose.

Previously, I led three analysts in redesigning credit-bureau ETL pipelines, reducing lending-decision turnaround time by 40%. I also implemented parallel processing for multi-applicant and multi-bureau transactions, reducing turnaround time by a further 35%.

I build practical automation with Python and SQL, including an in-house bureau connectivity solution that reduced manual effort and optimized global data flows. My work combines data governance, credit decisioning, Agile delivery, and data-driven problem solving.
