I manage P&L health, resource utilization, revenue forecasting, scope controls, operational costs, and gross-margin performance. I also lead executive reporting, steering discussions, escalations, workforce planning, and RAID governance across offshore and onshore teams.
Previously at Accenture, I managed global telecom infrastructure and software-enablement delivery streams for Verizon, using Power BI dashboards to turn KPIs and OKRs into actionable executive reporting.
My experience also includes Agile healthcare digital solutions for Boehringer Ingelheim, entertainment localization for Amazon, Netflix, HBO, and ITV, IT service desk operations for Snapdeal, and enterprise network support for Airtel. I'm PMP, PRINCE2, and ITIL certified.
