What I'm looking for

I'm seeking a full-time Buyer role where I can apply cross-functional procurement and Japanese business communication skills to cost-effective sourcing and strong supplier relationships.

At Samvardhana Motherson Reflectec, I support purchase department operations by benchmarking and negotiating with suppliers, creating RFQs, and issuing purchase orders. I also handle CMRT activity and IMDS compliance, and manage supplier contracts against IATF and ISO requirements.

I provide live interpretation and document translation for purchase meetings with Japanese suppliers. At Nittsu NEC Logistics, Ltd., I interpreted English-Japanese logistics meetings, translated documents, and researched the semiconductor industry; at Fujitsu Consulting India Pvt. Ltd., I translated Japanese-English materials and used Excel macros and VBA for client project tasks.
