I want to partner with business leaders on workforce planning and talent strategy, lead end-to-end hiring for mid-to-senior roles, and use hiring analytics to improve efficiency—while strengthening employee engagement and performance in a fast-paced MNC.

I’m an HR professional with 7+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition and emerging expertise in HR Business Partnering. I collaborate with business leaders to translate hiring needs into workforce plans and practical talent strategies in fast-paced MNC environments.

In my current role as Sr. Executive Talent Acquisition / HRBP at Dynpro India, I partner with stakeholders to understand hiring needs and workforce plans, advise on talent strategy and market trends, and lead a team of recruiters to meet hiring goals. I also support workforce planning and budgeting discussions and deliver hiring analytics and dashboards to support leadership decision-making.

Previously, I served as Senior Talent Acquisition Executive at Rigel Network, where I oversaw end-to-end recruitment and closed mid to senior-level IT roles. I managed interview coordination, drive management, and candidate engagement, and consistently achieved 95%+ hiring targets.

Earlier at Dynpro India, Scorg International, and as a Team Lead / Sector Lead for IBM interactions, I managed recruitment for 15+ IT clients, coordinated job postings, interviews, reference checks, vendor submissions, and new hire joining formalities. I’ve been recognized as “Recruiter of the month,” and I’m motivated by building efficient hiring processes supported by metrics and data-driven sourcing (including Boolean search) through Naukri and LinkedIn.
