What I'm looking for

I’m looking for a role where I can run marketing operations and marketplace workflows end-to-end—using CRM automation, dashboards, and performance metrics to improve acquisition, retention, and transaction outcomes.

I’ve supported marketing operations at Namma Yatri, helping run campaigns to increase rider and driver engagement. I worked with CRM operations—managing user data, segmenting audiences, and automating communication workflows with tools like HubSpot and Excel.

I also partnered with product, customer support, and partnership teams to align marketing efforts with business goals. I analyzed metrics such as CTR and conversion rates, and fed insights back into digital campaign optimization.

At ChangeJar, I handled daily marketplace operations across digital payments and the merchant ecosystem. I analyzed user activity and merchant performance, supported merchant onboarding and activation, and helped improve time-to-go-live.

I maintain marketplace KPI dashboards and weekly reports on metrics like merchant churn, active users, and GMV. I’m also comfortable running growth initiatives like user acquisition campaigns and loyalty programs, and using research to spot trends.
