I've led enterprise projects at Huawei for government, banking, and telecom customers, delivering infrastructure upgrades, routers, IdeaHubs, and FinTech proposals. I managed the National Bank of Egypt migration to Huawei OceanStor and helped resolve a critical Banque Misr ATM outage while maintaining customer alignment and business continuity.
Across Huawei's Etisalat Egypt account, I managed planning controls, budgets, service allocation, purchase orders, revenue triggering, and billing operations. My work supported EGP 340M in revenue recognition and EGP 317M in billings, while validation processes and an automated PAT tool strengthened governance and reduced manual effort across hundreds of monthly documents.
I'm now managing the end-to-end registration of more than 70 pharmaceutical products at Betapharma, coordinating with an external regulatory partner and Egyptian MOH requirements. I've built and maintained a centralized regulatory database to improve traceability, documentation accuracy, and timeline monitoring.
